Samantha Mansfield helps accounting practitioners strategically leverage technology to grow their businesses. She consults on innovative practices, develops sold-out learning events, and conducts training at Thomson Reuters. In 2016 and 2018, she was among Accounting Today’s Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting; she appeared three times on CPA Practice Advisor’s “40 Under 40” list, and was a 2018 winner of The Most Powerful Women in Accounting Award, jointly administered by the American Institute of CPAs and CPA Practice Advisor.

Samantha has a bachelor’s degree from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Mich. She has served on the board of two nonprofit organizations and spends time volunteering.

Louie Calvin is responsible for understanding the tax and accounting market to help improve products and services at Thomson Reuters. He maintains perspective on real-world issues and challenges facing the profession, so that Thomson Reuters can provide unrivaled productivity gains to professional accounting firms. In his role, Louie manages aspects of roadmap planning, competitive intelligence, and product positioning, including pricing and customer retention.

Louie has spent over 20 years helping tax and accounting firms with technical problems, acquisitions, on-boarding new clients and staff training. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Adrian College.

Calvin Leong
API Solutions Consultant

Calvin Leong helps firms understand which APIs are available at Thomson Reuters and how to use them. He has worked with different firms to create integration and automation within their workflows, using the different product APIs. 

Cal Leong has also served as the company’s Innovation Manager, researching and contributing to various developments that connect Thomson Reuters tax software to other platforms and client data. In 2019, Cal Leong was named to CPA Practice Advisor Top 20 under 40 Influencers.
